DALLAS, 2025 – Zemoso, a U.S.-based design and engineering firm, announced today the launch of its Accountability Driven Innovation (ADI) model, a groundbreaking approach that aligns innovation success with measurable outcomes. ADI offers enterprises a performance-based engagement model tied to outcomes rather than billable hours, challenging the inefficiencies of traditional IT service models.

Driving innovation with measurable results

Zemoso’s ADI model provides enterprises with a services partner that is accountable for delivering tangible results. ADI lowers the risk of innovation-focused projects at businesses by focusing on making estimates and committing to an outcome, even when you expect discovery and exploration in the execution process. This approach is different from traditional IT service providers that rely on predefined scopes and time and material.

Satish Madhira, CEO of Zemoso, stated, "We can put our skin in the game because we are confident in our ability to achieve those results." If the project is laid out in detail, then creating story-point estimates and committing to a delivery date and timeline should be commonplace. “But, even if it isn’t, and you are working on something no one else has worked on before, a partner that can deliver innovation will be able to take ambiguity into consideration and still commit to an outcome and a timeline,” he adds.

With AI, LLMs, and other emerging technologies reshaping industries, traditional IT service models are proving inadequate for high-impact innovation. Technology is evolving incredibly quickly, and productivity metrics are changing every few months. ADI ensures that enterprises can take advantage of these productivity gains without being restricted by outdated billing structures.

A model proven in giving scalable, risk-free results

The ADI approach builds on proven success across multiple industries. Since its introduction, Zemoso has:

  • Delivered over 35 functional design prototypes in under two weeks
  • Enabled enterprises to launch multiple initiatives within time-boxed commitments [4 months to MVP launch]
  • Demonstrated a scalable model that reduces risk while accelerating innovation [4-6 weeks for tech POCs]

When we first introduced ADI, procurement leaders were skeptical. “What’s in it for you?” they asked, said Madhira. “All business models change. We have seen it in SaaS’s move away from “user licenses,” and the service industry will be impacted too. Outcomes are what matter. It’s what delivers promotions and share price increases for enterprise leaders.” Today, while other organizations are still trying to figure it out, we have already built the internal muscle to execute toward outcomes. Those early days have taught Zemoso how to de-risk these engagements and sharpen our discovery and resolution skills.

Challenging conventional talent allocation models

Beyond pricing, ADI disrupts outdated assumptions about talent and performance. Traditionally, enterprises equate years of experience with capability, but Zemoso’s blind tests show that when clients assess purely on delivery, professionals with fewer years of experience often perform just as well, if not better, than their seasoned counterparts. ADI ensures that teams are assembled based on capability, not tenure, helping customers optimize for cost and outcomes without compromising on either.

A new era for IT services

ADI helps CPOs, CTOs, and digital transformation leaders move beyond rigid IT service models, enabling them to drive meaningful change in a fast-moving technology landscape. Engineering teams, even in tech non-native companies such as manufacturing or logistics management companies, are being tasked to drive new revenue through the digital initiatives. They will be looking for partners who can take accountability, ownership, and collaborate with them to work towards that common goal.

Traditional firms are still anchored in outdated billing models that penalizes customers for evolving their ask, even when faced with new information. ADI eliminates this inefficiency, ensuring companies get real results, on time and with full accountability.
